Puchase only if you don't care about after support

Puchase only if you don’t care about after support and warranty. 3 Year warranty is myth. I see this promise as false and only a marketing tactic. Read why:


There are a lot of lies, carelessness, un-professionalism: 1.Product comes with a non-original packaging with a simple print out sticker. And package had HD Ready written on it. Gave me a feeling of receiving something inferior. No problem I compromised with that thinking product would be as good as reviewed every where. 2. Coming to the actual product I received:


1.It is manufactured 512MB RAM(481 is what I actually see, maybe usable) and not 1 GB as claimed. So a LIE.

  1. Is not full HD. My SD TV had better quality without HD set up box.

  2. Wifi disconnects very frequently.

  3. Sound is sufficiently loud. But not DOLBY. Quality is worse than a 1000 rupees speaker.Better use and external speaker.

  4. 2 USB port won’t be sufficient without magic remote( as I use keyboard and mouse), which I didn’t receive and can’t purchase as well due to non availability at my location and even in Bangalore.

  5. Support: They don’t send you warranty card with TV. They send a third class one liner with payment amount in email. Worst support for the product. The gotmatter portal itself is not mature and lie is spread everywhere. Try searching their service centers on the portal. If they have one in different cities, why not put them on portal. Ridaex portal is half picked from got matter. There is serious resource crunch at Ridaex which heavily compromises on quality of support. I tried complaining about 512 MB RAM and somehow got them agreed for a remote session which never happened. Beforehand I was told that no technician will visit for this as this is not genuine issue and this is usable RAM. Oh wow. Antutu benchmark and all my knowledge is waste. How do u justify when your build model itself says 512MB in about section. This is clearly a return case for wrong product but nobody cared even following up on my complaint. Ridaex support work 9-6 on weekdays. So you want me to take leave . Serious quality issue here. Just to sell a product you spread lies. I don’t know why do I see only glorifying reviews everywhere. I have images to upload over the weekend.To prove my point. I am writing this review as I accept anything but lie. Will be modify only if Ridaex accept return.

Suggestion to Ridaex - Your product maybe good or bad but what matters most to the customer is truth. If you lose the trust, you lose everything. I am not disapppointed that I received maybe an incorrect or bad product, I am disappointed with Ridaex for not owning it.


I didnt know Ridaex before my purchase, gambled on reviews( I should have been more careful), But the kind of impact you have left upon me is disgusting. I will never suggest anyone to purchase a Ridaex TV because they will be gambling with their money. What if you get a wrong product or Bad product like me, What if after one month your TV develops some issues. You should be able to get support, right? Ridaex does not have system in place for that.


I write-off my Ridaex purchase as bad purchase decision will purchase another TV whenever I can.


Even in low price segment you should trust brand like Vu. Maybe good or bad, they have image to maintain and are listed on Flipkart so more responsible.
