Riadex RE-1420 Inch Android Smart TV was purchased by my cobrother during past.However, his experience was bitter and he shared his dissatisfaction with me with the following facts.
1.Delivery was delayed for a week and it was without any purchase receipt, delivery receipt and warranty card.Despite being committed by CEO, no documents were received.
2.Riadex RE-1420 Inch Android Smart TV was reviewed for two days and technical team was asked for help which resulted in fake promises only.On third day, they were asked to pick TV and refund the amount.Even CEO promised saying as, "He will resolve the issue himself".Commitment was not fulfilled and later on the calls were neither picked by CEO nor by technical team.A mail was sent seeking a refund as their site mentions stating that refund will be given if a purchaser forwards a return of request in three days.
3.On the succeeding day, CEO rudely tells as, "Your refund is not possible now".
My cobrother said, "I have made a complain in the consumer forum in order to get rid of these fraudsters".
