I got my Ridaex 4K TV yesterday and I got it wall mounted by a guy from Ridaex. He called my yesterday at around 6pm and told that he was from Ridaex TV and it was about wall mounting the TV, as I was not available at my place I just guided that person to my home address and told him that only my parents will be there at my home who are a bit old and finds hard understanding things easily. He said that was fine Sir, I can take care of it. So I asked him to call me once he finishes the mounting and I hung up the call. Well now as I’m writing here about Ridaex and it’s service I’m really pleased to tell that the guy Mr.Ragunathan who had come to mount the TV was awesome. My parents were really very impressed by his service and they told they easily were able to understand everything he was telling. They said he was really good at nature and spoke to my parents politely. Thank you for this wonderful service provided by you guys keep up the good work.
