I purchased a 50 inch 4K Tv from GotMatter in the month of January and I received the Tv on 15th of Jan and Since then after the installation of the Tv was done I have been trying to get my Invoice both in hard copy and soft copy along with the warranty card. I called the customer support of Gotmatter and tried to make sure that my documents were received but every time I called them, they promised to resolve my issue as soon as possible and on a priority basis but even after complaining a number of times the issue wasnt resolved until which I decided to put a mail to the Managing Director and finally I got a call from them. I said them about the problems I was facing and that is when he himself promised to resolve my problem and I got a ticket no. 764434425 on last Friday and the issue was resolved by Sunday as I received my Invoice and Warranty both in a hard copy and a soft copy.
