All the emails you write to this website are responded by Right Florist email address, so they are the same people with a different name to cheat us all. My order number with them was PIOF-0405201521056 for Mothers Day, which they did not deliver that day at all, their customer care number was unreachable the entire day and no one was responding on email. Next day they just choose to apologize over email and do nothing about it! And 2 days later, their vendor is trying to deliver flowers to my parents, who of-course refuse as there is no occasion and it definitely gets really embarrassing for me. I write umpteen emails for the refund for my payment and what they respond with is that they have delivered the flowers so no payment.
Please do not have yourself go through utter disappointment and embarrassment, by ordering through them. I would have been a happier person, had I not chosen them. Shameless, virtueless, ultimate cheats they are.
