The ring ends with Rachel making a copy of the videotape with her son Aidan’s hand in hers..
And ’The Ring 2’ starts with the usual scene where samarra walks outta a television and kills a guy...
Rachel moves to someplace else and works as a reporter there, she discovers tat another copy of the tape is still in circulation in this town too. She destroys it.
She then begins to notice strange things happening to aidan and herself. Things so strange like reindeer attacking their truck !! And Aidan appearing as Samarra through camera lenses...
Aidan explains how Samarra wants to come to this world through him and Rachel , as she did in the first part does a lot of research to find what she has to do to save her son... she meets Samarra’s birth mother - who tried to drown her as a baby - but was declared insane ...
Finally she saves Aidan by drowning him in a bathtub ! but Samarra returns ! And this time Rachel begs Samarra to take her and not her son (as motherly love is wat Samarra wants). And so Rachel gets into a TV ! tat leads her to the well ! she finds tat the well isnt fully closed and tats y Samarra keeps running out :)
So she closes the well in foto finish well-climbing race with Samarra.
And Rachel and Aidan live happily ever after (if theres no third part :))
Hmmm, when I say the ring 2 isnt as good as the ring , it doesnt have to mean tat it isnt scary. Except for the plot its quite good.
And if u are a scaredy cat, who fears his own shadow at night - u can watch the Ring two :)
