The ringing bells company is just a 8monts old company the product they are showing is other phone they stick there name on it. The website of company is just one week older thankfully it crashed so only around 3000 people will book this phone.
The co. said that this phone is connected to digital India programe but their is no official person on the launch event of this phone there is only one m.p. is on the launch event. Some reporter visit the copany office but their is no one in the office. So overall it is looking like its a scam. I am not saying that the phone is good , phone is very good at price point of 251 rs even somebody selling phone on that price point is unbelevale. The price of box, headphone and charger is more than 251 so its look like a scam. Wait for some days may be it will become authorized then buy it till then dont buy it
