I received a call from RIO TECHNOLOGY saying that I have a work opportunity with them. I told them I am currently employed and there is no chance that I could leave my company as salary was good and I was learning a lot of new things. Hearing to which they said I need not leave the old company while still join their company.
I was confused of how can this happen in the first place. Then the person who called me told that it is a work from home opportunity. While the salary is based upon how many hours I can work for or I have to spare for their company’s work. To this I gave a thought that if I manage to give 4 hours still it would be amounting a decent sum of money. I gave it a yes, and was asked to submit the registration documents and a fee. According to them it was a meagre amount to which I was about to earn from them.
This was where I had made a terrible mistake of not searching them at least once on google. As only their site was visible for the first few days. After I enrolled with them they had given the ID and password. The ID and password were no good as I was not able to login using those credentials. Later on there was absolutely no response from their side for continuous 2 weeks.
Even after paying them that amount I still had some hope left that they would revert if not now later for sure. However that happend after 3 weeks. And when they did they started getting angry on me saying I dont know how to login and all. Their credentials weren’t right. So after they got it rectified from their end, I was able to login but there was no work in the dashboard.
After complaining for so many days in a row I received a mail from their end that the work has been assigned. But to be pretty much sure of what they actually shared me was 2 sheets. one document and a blank sheet. Blank sheet was literally blank and the document had just DO’s and Don’ts. Lastly they went silent and till date there is nothing I heard from them.
I was fooled by this company, they are not a firm but a fooling company. Its a sham! Don’t fall for it. Save yourself and your hard earned money from such thugs
