I purchased my Diesel VDI swift car from RNS, Yesvanthpur in Mar 2008. Since then I am servicing regularly in this show room regularly. Recently in last 3 months I have spent about Rs 30000 in servicing and visited the servicing center 4 times. They didn’t tell what are the problems in my car. Each time they have advised one time to replace.
When recently I saw again there are some leakage and I came show room for check up. Again the supervisor advised to change the oil seals. I asked why again and again you are advising to replace items. He told that they dont want to tell customers all the problems at once because they want to suck bloods of customer each time. Really disgusting and each time they will charge labor charges. if u get repair all problems at once, how they will suck our blood each time.
Beware the service station. another way, they will call all the customers for free service camp on Sundays to loot customer. It is not free service, some other way they loot customer and finally u have to pay heavy amount. The free service camp only name sake, they just wash your vehicle nothing more than that....BEWARE OF RNS MOTORS
