Last week I got a call from RNS Motors 08023635765. The lady on the other end told me that there is a "Free Checkup Camp" and they offered free car wash, engine oil check and check on any issues being faced. I took my new Wagon R there (purchased just 2 months back).
An executive came, his name Narendra Babu cell # 7204460357 and started filing the job sheet. I informed him about some plastic sound that I am getting on the dashboard, but he conveniently ignored the same and took the car inside the service area.
He put it on the jack and told me that we need to do "engine basics", battery terminal coating and some spray on the pulley. When I objected and said that the vehicle was new and does not need the same and I will take back my vehicle then he said that they already put my vehicle on jack and started the work. I felt as being caught unaware and harassing the customers.
They charged me 612.00 for this work. So what was advertised as "free" was not "free" at all. To my horror all the telephone numbers mentioned on the website and the job sheet were not functional at all. I tried calling the service executive number that too was not operational. So guys beware of RNS motors, never go to them.
