After I have collected my car from RNS Motors Maruti Service Center on Sunday evening (26.01.2014), the battery stopped working, the next day. There is no charge in the battery. While delivering the car at RNS service center, everything was properly working.
Today (30.01.2014), your service VAN visited my place to check the battery status when with my rigorous efforts you accepted the complain.
Unfortunately, your staff came without the battery wire. The wire that helps in charging and starting the vehicle using the alternate battery (was missing). If this you think is the professional and customer service then I think your system require improvements.
Mr. Reddy, I would like to convey my message to you that I am not satisfied with the service provided. And believe me I will not recommend my friends to get their vehicle serviced from RNS. I have returned your free gift which your management has given to me post service.
Kindly collect the same from your staff that came to repair my car battery without the battery wire. The gift shall help you in convincing other customers.
