I bought Celerio ZXi - Red color from RNS motors, Housur road branch. I hate these guys service. Really fu* bad experience. Here is my story.
I booked it on 2/07/2015 with 10, 000/-. They committed it, they can deliver car by month ending. On the same month I got a call from the branch saying that, "your car will be ready, before that you have to pay 2, 00, 000/- rupees". So I paid 2Lac rupees check on 27/07/2015 and they confirmed before 3/08/2015, they can deliver the car. After few days I called one of their executive(these guys follow up also very bad, first they don’t pick the call and they wont call back) for once again confirmation. He said car will be deliver as per the commitment.
I Called the same executive on 2/08/2015, that guy is saying Car was not dispatched by Maruthi manufacturers because of some technical issue. I don’t understand after paying the 2Lacs, before one day of delivery now saying Car is not delivered by Maruthi & its not our mistake.(This is my first mistake). And they saying we can’t confirm, when we can deliver. This very strange.
After this Every week its my duty to follow up these guys.(I fu* up, Because I paid 2, 10, 000/-), after 1 or 2 calls they will pick my third call. Sir we can’t confirm it now, until unless the car dispatched from Maruti(What the fu* is this)
After 1 month they told me, they can deliver the car before Ganapathi chathurthi. that’s before 15/08/2015(Between these days me and my uncle had lots of arguments with them). Even this date is also gone(This is my second mistake). After all this sh*, they given one more date 25th. and I paid the hole money on 20/09/2015.
It’s 2 months they took time to deliver my car.(from 02/07/2015 to 20/09/2015).
After delivery also one more sh* happened with these guys. Thats number plate issue. It’s again a big big sh* story. While delivery they said that, number plate is not ready, we will give you after 2 days( 27/09/2015). I don’t trust these guys, that’s why I called them for confirmation, (I know they will postpone). They say Workers are not working come on Monday(.28/09/2015). I told them, I am giving 1 week of time make it ready by 3/09/2015.
Before one day(2/09/2015) I make a call, they said its ready come and collect. I went there on 3/09/2015. You know its a big sh, Number plate is ready but its in Yeshwanthpur branch. What the fu is this yar, I given 1 week of time for fu* number plate, I given a call before one day.
Its 2 weeks now, still I didn’t get my number plate.
