Last week went to service my esteem car to RNS hosur road; was anticipating Rs. 6000 bill after service and my battery was also giving a little problem.I waited for about 5 minutes at lounge; the service advisor assigned immediately took the car for road check up; gave me the parts to be replaced / worn out; also gave me advice that the parts will still function all right for few thousand kilometers and for minor repairs advised me to nearby shop; which will do faster, better and at lesser cost.
He honestly advised that the car would need service after 4000 kilometers more; top up my battery water; and refused any charges saying this is his job.After a long time, came across an honest advisor and honest service station.
