I was part of the Roadies Audition in Chandigarh on Feb 2015.They gave up a form to fill at start.Form had everything about who you are?
Why you want to become roadie?Believe me this form itself reflects who you are.After that there is Group Discussion of 20 people together, trying to kick each other out and find a place at personal interviews.I lucky qualified for PI along with 4 others.After that the big picture starts- Raghu Ram, Ranvijay face to face.Initially I was nervous being first time on tv but later I got a boost in confidence.I greeted them and sat down. Raghu asked about me and many things related to form fill details.Just be confident and dont lie or else he is gonna kill you.As Usual he starts shouting and insulting you for no reason but I was mentally prepared for it so was calm and composed.
After 25mins, I came out of the room relaxed as nothing could be done about it.Later I was selected for next round of roadies and was really happy.
A good experience end to end.
