Well to start off this review I have one thing to say.. I used to like Kevin Costner movies..he used to be a great actor and I do not know what happened..but this film is one of the reasons I used to like him..This is a great movie! It has action, comedy, romance and a great villain... I have seen a few Robin Hood movies in my time and this has to be one of the best falling a close second to Disney’s Robin Hood...
This movie has all of the mythology behind the Robin Hood story but makes it believable.. and you actually care about the people.. and did I mention Alan Rickman he has to be the one of the best villains in movie history!!If you like a great action/period movie rent this!! but be sure to take it for what it is..an action flick.. no Oscar worthy performances here!!But still a must see!!
