Roca has a nice name, has a Spanish ring. Looks different from Parryware, so enticing European design. Rest is all crap, no pun. Let me explain.
Off the box the plastic seating never aligns on the closet. It is always tilted to a side. No refund, no replacement. OK, we just don’t use it or live with it. The European bend ensures there is stain always, especially with the out of place seat.
Now comes the fun part. No plumber around can fix if it goes wrong. One valve fix took us down by Rs 1500. A year later another fix is Rs 4500. The fixes comes close to a new closet!
It is European crap! Don’t touch it!
