Rockon is very good movie.... songs are amazing.... Rock on is really a quality, touching and a must watch movie.The Movie really touches your heart.
It has a message in it which tells u to do what u like best and also yes it is an accepted fact of life that " u have to compromise in Life"
First half depends entirely on music and music has very less shelf life. It’s a very good attempt as no other hindi movie has been dedicated completely to Rock music.Second half is better especially the Party (before concert) scenes.
End could have been better as "Sindabad sailor" song isn’t really rocking. It may be a long shot but in Farhan we can really see an Indian version of Orson Wells, specially after this allround show(you can add singing as an extra achievement).Though his name does’nt appears in the director’s space, his name is written all over the movie.
The music simply rocks!The last 15 mins is enough to make you watch the film again and do watch it in theatres only the DVD version won’t be as electric.
