Rock On Actually Doesn't Rock as Expected

A movie with average editiing, mixture of stupid & extraordinary lyrics and music, and good cinematography. If I do talk about performance of actors so I would say Farhan was overreacting and didn’t justify his role. He pretend to be overly stubborn, and after dissolving The Band, he was pretty involved with his work but not with his wife with whom he made love marriage-that seems bit awkward and makes the plot bit week. Even after watching the movie, I couldn’t comment why he was not happy with his wife-was she not pretty, caring, or she was big time boring. Arjun Rampal justified his role but he was very slow or time(or director) had made him slow but acceptable performance. Purab kohli and Luke Kenny was good and justified their role. Few weak points of movie are:

The director has emphasized a lot that Arjun is good for nothing. Hell lot of unnecessary scenes that take the movie away from the concept. The guyz don’t have money and playing in Dandiya-Jagran to get some meager amount but they are using the costliest guitars and drums. How come? At many moments, gestures of these musicians were far away from the actual musicians. This shows lack of homework. Farhan’s wife has been shown unnecessarily boring. That was not required. At the end, Arjun was passing from the same auditorium where the concert was happening and was able to join the concert despite the fact a moment back he was listening the performance of his Band on Radio.(was he running with the speed of light).

Still movie has some good scenes, songs, music, and directions that keep your eye open and make the movie One Time Watch.
