This is the most bogus hotel in ahmedabad. Management and services are totally crap. They are cheaters and you find yourself got cheated if you take any service from this hotel.
Avoid going there at any cost. You will find that staff of this hotel is not at all meant for hospitality industry and you will find them as like they have past experience of running any road side dhabas. I can say that you will like service of dhaba also compared to services and treatment they are giving to their customer.
If you inquire with any other good hotels of ahmedabad then they will also tell you that avoid going to Rock Regency at any cost. I had two very bad experience with this hotel and few of my friends also faced many issues. Never believe on Rock Regency’s management wordings because once they will have your money then they will not listen to you at all and you will have to end up compromising with things and services.
