We have been to rock regency recently and food was totally yak. when we have complained about the taste then hotel staff was so rude and harsh to listen us. We continued with our dinner and there was more to come and we found insect in food so again we complained about it to hotel staff n requested them to change the sabji and to our surprise they said that it must be wrong after they have served the food and as we already finished half of the plate.
So they cant give us full plate free of charge. It was really irritating response and after few arguments we preferred not to have food and we went away. Later when I have discussed this with one of my relative who works in consumer department then I have found that there are so many cases filed against rock regency due to their bad services and management.
