Please go to this hospital at your own risk.I took my father to the cardio department last month. He had complaints of mild pain in his right arm.The doctor(Dr.Dubey) admitted him saying that he is at risk based on the history of his heart problem. He advised that my father should be in observation for 24hours and we agreed to it.They ran all sorts of blood tests and ECG.Strangely the next morning Dr.Srivastava and Dr.Dubey stated that the patient is going through a heart attack and they need to do an engiograph and angioplasty.Earlier they did an ECO on him and said that my father has congestion in his chest. We were shocked as my father only had mild arm pain and no other signs of an attack.
We insisted in getting a second opinion from a different hospital. To this Dr.Srivastava resisted saying that they cant release him and cant give a discharge.Suddenly, they Dr.Srivastava told us that the blood reports were mistakenly replaced and my father is absolutely all right and we can take him home.
Actually they were referring to a wrong blood report of somebody else and were doing the treatment.
They said that this was a manual error. This was very hard to believe that how a hospital can be so negligent in changing reports and treating the patient based on a different report. Moreover they dont allow the patient or the patients party to have a look into the reports.
They were also mistakenly removing my father from CCU to a room by mistake and suddenly realized and saved themselves from further embarrassment
