Good news for ill tempered unemployed youth as they have greater chance for recruitment at Rockland Hospital, Qutub.
I had taken appointment for Endoscopy at 1000 am on 24 Dec 2014. When after payment, I reported to Endoscopy desk at 09 55 am, a staff Mr Aamir rudely asked me to come after sometimes. I asked him at what time?
He said after an hours or so. I told him that I had appointment for Ultrasound at 1030 am that needs to be postponed so pl allow me to use your intercom. He said go outside and search. I asked him can u pl tell me the number of ultrasound desk.
He raised his voice and said first u go outside and come after an hour. No issues till then, I went outside and located an intercom but reception number was not displayed. What I wanted to avoid, I had to. I went in chilling 6* temp outside and asked to postpone my ultrasound by an hour.
Something else was waiting for me. I went back to Mr Aamir and told him that my ultrasound is postponed so no issues. Pl submit my paper for endoscopy.
He said wait outside. It was terrible as there was no heating outside near the staircase. So I again walked to next building and wrote complaint about Mr Aamir behavior.
Though reception desk informed me that Mr Aamir is counseled, again he behaved insolently. I took refund for endoscopy and moved outside.
WHAT SHOCKED ME there was NO ONE in corridor, NO CROWD, but Mr Aamir had so much problem with single patient who comes to him after appointment.
