I bought a car from Rohan Motors Gurgaon. The post sales support is pathetic. There is no one to attend you in the showroom, if you ever you dare to visit it - post sales. The documents and paper work is not done on committed dates. The designated people do not pick up phone. If you are lucky and your phone gets picked up, do not speak your grievances, else spoil your day at your own risk.
The showroom incharge very threateningly states - complain to the GM if need be, I don’t care. The only person to pick up my call every time was the poor DSA. Whom the showroom staff gave a damn, very much in front of me.
All in all, not at all recommended. Do not assassinate your joy of buying your car, with such sour experiences.
