I live in phulwari and I think roll center is one of the good chinese restaurant in phulwari.its serving facility was not good but the taste of is good and the price of food is also low.if you are going to roll center go and eat.because it is cheap and good.but some time taste of food is very bad it is two floor good restaurant and I think you like it.go and enjoy
