My friend is using the service of roltanet. At initial stage he is very satisfied with service but now he get slow buffering speed and fast downloading speed.
Thats why he is facing problems to browse pages and videos. Customer support is also very foolish and still he dont get any help from company side. Moreover best thing is that data rates are cheap and genuine. Speed I think for buffering is 70 kb/s and for downloading is1.2mb/s.
so guise if u want to use roltanet services, firstly clear the data speeds with company and then made any conclusion.
