Pathetic is the perfect word for this company.
I purchased a Food Processor on 30th July and the next day some component inside it caught fire and started releasing smoke.
I called up the sales guy, here is what he says.
Answer from the sales guy: If the product is releasing smoke, there is no problem in the product keep using it there is no problem. Probably the carbon is burning, no issues use it.
Without even looking at the faulty product this guy from a non technical background asks us to continue using a product that might catch fire.
When I asked him to visit and check if this is safe to use, this person tells me I will visit at 4:30 pm tomorrow. Next day we wait for him to visit us, after waiting till 7 pm we give him a call asking why he didn’t visit.
Answer: I will come tomorrow, today I was busy. I start probing him to know if he understand what commitment to a customer means and he starts getting aggressive and starts arguing with me. Finally tells me "Jisko call karna hai karo, mujhe farak nahi padta".
I finally trace the contact number of Mr. Mr. Rajendra Phatak founder of the company Cell Number-+ 91 - 9226224405 to understand their service commitment. Surprisingly he tells me to contact the same guy for any queries and says if you do not get a resolution you can go to police and disconnects the call.
I mean WOW, a founder of the company behaving so irresponsibly. That was a surprise.
