I found a company(Rooma Cargo Packers and Movers), Person Name, Axxx Rajput, Contact number+91 8860925866, 8930060378, Website( https://roomacargopackers.in) on internet and call them to transport my bike and bicycle from Delhi to to dharmshala.
On 26th Aug 2022, He told me to transfer 4, 800 Rupees via UPI and said that we will deliver your bike and bicycle in 4 to 5 days. I transferred 4, 800 Rupees via PhonePay same day. Please check video for proof.
Same day he took my bike and bicycle from my home located in Delhi(My mother and brother was present at the time of pickup same time in Delhi), but he did not delivered to me yet.
I call him more than 100 times and have call recordings and WhatsApp Chats as well. Everytime when I call him so manipulate me and saying same thing that it will be deliver in a day or two.
There is one more person included in this scenario company name, Shri Karni Services Person Name, Axxx Sharma 9266439434, ( https://shrikarniservices.co.in) 1479/30, top floor, netram complex, Kotla Mubarakpur, Wazir Nagar, Delhi, 110003
He is also included in this fraud and saying that he have my bike and cycle in his Truck / Tempo. But don’t know where it it because driver number is switch off from long time.
I call him as well several times and also told him that I will do FIR if you not deliver my products. He said that please do FIR or call to any police, and he said that(K apne FIR karni hai kardo and police bhej do direct). On WhatsApp he said this.
These both companies are did fraud with me and never delivered my Bike and Bicycle from last 15 days.
I am requesting you all to please beware and don’t contact them.
