We went to "Roomali with a view" on Friday Afternoon with whole bunch of guys. To start with, we were asked to wait at reception as according to them we didn’t make prior bookings(though we actually did).
After sometime they acknowledged that there was some goof-up and allowed us inside. I failed to understand why they kept us waiting since it was half empty.
Anyways, after having the first serving we had to wait a lot for Roti’s to arrive on our table.
Now making things worst was when we went for second serving, we found that there was no food left. After repeated complaint, the manager said that it will take another 15-20 minutes to get the food. Imagine at 1.15PM you are waiting with a plate & half eaten lunch to get the next serving and no one seem to really bother. They were busy in doing there own stuff.
Pathetic service and planning.
