’’Roomali with a View’’ is a nice Terrace Top Restaurant on 100ft Road Indiranagar , Bangalore. The ambience is nice and beautiful, and even the service was good. They serve Buffet [veg/non-veg ] for both lunch and DINNER.
It was okay for the first few times that I had been there, but the last time and it will remain as the last time. We found a very small piece of IRON in the biryani. My sister actually had it and went in her mouth, but feeling it was not bitable, she checked it out to be an iron piece. Well these incidents are normal.
But the way it was handled there was not something that I liked. I complained to the manager, and he told me that is is plastic. I told him that it is a piece of IRON and he refused to agree. Finally I came off writing a comment in the complaint box. Still No response from them.
Strictly woulnt recommend this restaurant to any one if they care of your health.
