I purchased a item from them . Actually we make our order over the phone so that I think they cannt understand what I really need .


I delivers a wrong item . I again call them and said them to change my product and tell them what I really need. They are well behaved that time say sorry to me for inconvenience. I am very happy that there service now good. But the problem was how I return their product because they said I must deliver this item again to merchant shop with only blue dart couriers.


But blue cart service is not available at near to us. But I go to another pincode then I find a office a blue dart and take them the packet and write the address properly. After 4 days I had a call from roposo. They confirm that they got the product. Now they are going to deliver me the right product.


I was waiting for my product. After 15 days I get the product. But when I open the box I saw that this time the time is not present in the package. I complaint them to wat they did. But this time they said I send you the right product and we are not responsible for that . I am now in tension because I already pay my money at the first time delivery. They were not going to help me in any way. Fraud service ever. I pay them and nothing get from them.
