I love this place as they serve the best chinese cuisine in malad west. Visiting this place since many years however recently I faced such a big problem with this restaurant. I ordered a Hakka Noodles which billed me INR 90/-. After eating I have given my debit card to pay the bill as I was not carrying cash. The Manager told me that the swipe machine is not working and I have to pay cash. I told them that I dont have cash with me and its your mistake that you didnt informed me that the swipe machine is not working. Then the manager started behaving rude with me and asking me to deposit my mobile phone as security. Finally I loose my cool as they were literally harassing me. I told them that I am a regular customer and for 90rs bill you are asking me to deposit my 35k worth mobile however they were not listening to me so I ask them to call the cops as it is not my fault at all. Its their responsibility to inform customer before order so that the customer can order accordingly. After a long dispute of half an hour I left from the restaurant. Its really shame for a recognised restaurant to behave like goons with the customer just for 90rs bill. Really disappointed and will share this issue as much as I can.
