Top of my list for "airlines with worst service"

Recently, I was flying from HK to Brunei on Brunei airline and asked for a blanket because it was a very cold in the plane which is normal in most planes. But I have to asked the same person twice before receiving any responses. Then because he took such a long time to get me a blanket, I have taken my scarf out which at the end I ended up leaving it behind in the plane. That I have to admit is my own fault. But when I have called the airline immediately when I got to the hotel. But they just got me a reply that they did not find anything. Because the scarf is a very important gift, so the next day I called in again and asked if they can give me a call if they did find anything. Even though the person did say he would but he did not even bothered to take my phone number down. In this, I can see that he was not intending to  help at all.


So prior to my flight back to HK I dropped by the lost and found office in the airport and ask them again. I asked if she would be able to give me a call if they did find something but the lady reply that they would only call back to people who have left valuable items like wallet behind and practically shoo me out of the door. This time on my return flight I have asked for a blanket before the plane has even taken off but as expected no response. Then I asked again and the flight attendant said she would get back to me. Then the third time my friend asked and gotten the reply that they have ran out of blanket. It doesn’t make sense to me that they have the air con so high but have ran out of the blanket when there are still so many people asking for one. Then when I got back to HK, I called the lost and found office again and tried to ask again but they just told me they did not receive anything from HK flights and just hang up on me. To everyone who I had contacted working in this airline, cannot even offer me the minimum service standard expected. And there are more minor things which I did not write here which shows the airline to have such poor customer service.
