This company is a typical Indian Lala company located in Okhla, Phase 1, New Delhi. There is no hierarchy level and it is solely managed by a Lala named Gunish Jain who is actually a MORON. He lacks professionalism and basic skills for managing business. This company believes in micro-management which results in harassment to employees. The company is nearly 20 years old with bunch of few slaves working in a dead learning environment. The good employees are leaving with bad experiences. A very small company with hardly 50 employees strength. Salary hits bank account here till 7th of every month which is really a frustrating moment for the employees.
The company has home-grown ERP system which is obsolete in nature. The no. of customers are smaller as compared to their competitors. Even most of their customers are unhappy due to bad software and poor customer support. They are just surviving because of AMCs and few new sales. The inside and even outside look of the building is quite old. The senior employees lack knowledge pertaining to latest technologies which result inno growth for employees and fresh joiners. Employees are asked to put good or positive reviews about the company on social media. There is no dedicatedHR resource and thus absolutelyNO employee friendly policies in place!
