I have booked a Royal Enfield Classic 350 Bullet on 2nd July 2016 through Royal Enfeild Showroom in Mumbai. While booking the vehicle the sales executive assured me that he will deliver the vehicle with in 2 months or maximum 2.5 months and in the booking order form he also mentioned the delivery time as 2.5 months tentatively. After two and a half months I called Royal Enfield as my bike was not yet delivered but they make an excuse that the bike on road registration is pending and all. After few days I called the sales executive and he is denying from the committed delivery date and delaying the delivery. After that I visited Royal Enfield showroom two times with cash but I didnt get any positive response from the Managers and Senior staffs. I felt very strange that even the Managers have no idea when they can deliver the vehicle and simply telling it takes time and no definite time was given. Then finally I asked them to cancel my booking and refund my booking amount but they simply refuse to refund my booking amount saying that its not their company policy and I have to wait for the bike delivery. Now I am feeling like that I have been cheated and fooled by such a big brand name Royal Enfield.
