Royal Enfield Bullet 350

Hope none of them have written a clear review about RE Classic 350 CC. Here are some that I would like to share.

The booking time for RE Classic 350 is 8-10 months across India. In Chennai its 8 Month. The only best dealer in Chennai is Southern Automobiles opposite to Thoushan Lights Mosque.

The mileage of the bike 35-40 Various in City conditions, On highways goes above 40 + There are no such Vibrations when you go beyond 80+ Speed.

Electric Start does not work when you try in morning, after some running automatic battery charging happens and then this works.

The Classic 350 model engine is the one used in Thunder Bird and 350 UCE.

The weight of both Thunderbird and Classic 350 is 182 Kgs while the only difference is tank capacity, where Classic has less capacity of 13.5 while thunderbird has 15.5 litres.

One drawback is the lenght of bike which is comparitively large in difference with Electra. Too hectic to park in COnjusted area....

But over all, even if 1000 japanese engine bikes comes nothing will be equivalent to RE...

I love driving it as it has more simles per KM.... :)

Since its been an year now with my RE, I hope a review at this time will help more.

1. Cannot be turned quickly and balanced easily when compared to Thunderbird. Reason is the length of the bike even though both bike weight is similar.

   
   




2. Mileage of the bike improved once I ran 4000+ KMs. say from 35 to went to 40 gradually.

   
   




3. I Had battery problem, so I replaced with a new one within the guarantee period. But the original and the replacement look absolutely different from size ans shape. But the service people said its the company replacement.

   
   




4. Because of the battery problem I lost the headlight High beam bulb as well as the tripper used for indicator which I replaced on my own cost.

   
   




5. Since the engine body is of aluminium the color/Shining of engine changed dramatically.

   
   




6. Changing to the Angular silencer gave a nice rhythmic beat without any tuning.

   
   




7. When compared to sports bike like pulsar or Apache the pick up is comparatively less still the iron horse stands for long distance driving.
