I purchased RE Electra 350 on 10th Sep’16. I was been fooled from the day of delivery. They tried to sell the bike made in the month of June and told me its of August 16. When I checked it was of June and the bar code which was on the engine was of Classic 350 black and I had Electra. I started facing the problem before the 1st servicing and have highlighted the same on 1st servicing and since then I am facing the same problem. While doing Teflon coating they have chipped off the paint and have to replace. I had never received my bike in a good condition post any of the servicing done by RE. Every servicing I had to highlight their error. They even tried to fool me while replacing the shock absorbers it was when I saw and caught them. They don’t even know what is new and old. They tell that the noise is a default which comes from the front shock abs and from others too but their own members told that the shocks are made differently from classic and Electra. I am still facing lot of issues with Royal Enfield and I am going to file a legal complaint for Harresment and mental tour her which they have given me since the time I had purchased this bike. This not made like a gun but made with a junk. I strongly recommend to everyone not to purchase any of the Royal Enfield product instead go with other bikes as they have build the bike with defective parts and there is no PDC done from Chennai till Dealer. The hydraulic shock abs has a malfunction which make a metal noise on stand by when you try to push pressure through the handle and while riding you will continuously hear noise coming from the front shock absorbers and all the parts will rust within 6month and engine will start rusting and this is because of low quality product used. The bike will rust from the Handle, Mirror, Under the seat, Sari Guard, Battery Box, Chain and the engine. So beware full before purchasing this junk as its not at all worth to buy with your hard earn money and do not trust their representatives.
