Now a days its trend to have brand bike like a bullet. But if you are going to book bullet please think twice before booking by considering my below genuine feedback. I had bought bullet in March 2017.
- Very Poor Mileage, it is hardly 25 KM/Liter.
I had bough bullet classic 350 for daily office commute, with expected mileage 35 KM/Liter in city. But to my surprise after first initial servicing just giving me 25 KM/Liter mileage. And making big holes in my pocket everyday when I use it for office. It is biggest drawback of bullet. You can consider how costly it would be to ride bike to your office especially in metro cities. And now petrol prices are hiking everyday, you can imagine pulling around Rs 160/- day just for 50 Kms of ride.
- Very poor service from dealer:
Since bullet is so popular now a days, their dealer does not respect new buyer. I experienced very bad hospitality from bullet dealer in Pune. When I visited bullet dealer in Pune, they were not interested at all to give brief explanation about bullet models and its features. They were behaving very rudely with customers.
-3. Open hot engine very hazardous, can make serious injuries:
I got very bad experience with my small nephew who was very interested to take ride with me on bullet. But since you might know, when you ride bullet for 5-10 km, it engine gets very hot, and my nephews leg just touched it while sitting on bullet and he got injured his leg with hot bullet engine. It made me very upset, if bullet cant just provide basic amenity of covering hot engine.
-4 No Fuel indicator:
In todays techno world, I am surprised that bullet does not have fuel level indicator. You will have to just keep guessing fuel level in your bike. And dont get surprise if fuel gets empty in case of any emergency and you will have to follow up with bullet team to get fuel in your bike.
So considering all above point, bullet is just like an big elephant, who takes lot of money from your pocket just for good bike noise. So think twice while buying bullet.
