Worst service and worst quality

I have bought my vehicle in the month of may2017 and it is just a 5months old Classic 350 reddich red colour, and I have left the vehicle for 4 times service where the informed problems are not fixed properly


Here are the details below and I am going to explain very simple please under stand,


1) I had left my bike for 1st free service and told them to fix the below problems which has not done properly and instead of leaving at 500kms I had left much before than 500kms,


Gear is hard


and this problem was not fixed


2) Again I left my bike for 2nd free service and told them to fix the below problems properly which wasnt done in 1st free service,


Gear is too hard which I have informed in the 1st free service after that the gear has become even more harder than earlier


Miss firing this is the word used by technicians but when ever I slowdown from 60 speed to 20 speed there is jerking in the bike.


Most funniest thing is your technicians had told me that do not fill petrol with Shell and not more than 8-9litres.


There is no proper adjustment in clutch cable and the technician told me that he has replaced it(5 months old bike)


After informing everything as mentioned I collected the bike on the same day but none of the problems were solved then I went to the showroom where I purchased they said we will fix it for sure this time please excuse us for the last time and this will not repeat so for that also I agreed and they took my bike and kept my bike for 2 days but still they havent solved and there was a new problem rectified that is there was a bad sound coming in the clutch plate every gear shifting, again I went to service centre and I said this is the defective bike please replace the bike and they said it is minor problem we will fix it then also I agreed and left my bike again and they have delivered after 45days again I am facing the ssame issues now tell me should I keep this bike or throw back and take my money back.


after sending this issues to support@royalenfield.com earlier they have replied very easily that my technician will call you and will take care after that the person from service centre called me and I had been there and there was some service head Mr.Kiran and Chetan and they were promising the same thing that this time we will fix it for sure but I dont have trust after leaving my bike for 4 times for the same issues which they couldnt fix it now how they will fix it so I had a condition that I am ok to leave the bike once again because u have got so far Brand as Royal Enfield where I have lost the trust


Condition no1-Please take my bike back and return my money(1, 69, 000rs)


OR


Condition no 2-I am ok to listen to your words once again(Service head) for service centre to fix the problems but if the same problem repeats when it is under warranty whats next apart from leaving the bike to service centre and your person had no answer for that and he was blind and trying to convinvce me for atleast 3hours which I didnt get convince because I already have bad experience and have no trust.


And please note if my problems are not getting solve within this and I am going to take in very serious way with the help of social media and local media and I am ready to face any thing for my harden money.

1st free service


2nd free service


and 2times repeat service of 2nd service


now tell me from where should I trust u guys once again.
