I have bike royal enfield classic 350 from day I brought I had issue with gear, after giving certain complaints they have solved the problem for time being but still not it’s not solved, everytime I go showroom and show they just tight clutch and they say bike is good, even I hd given for service of my bike and told the executive all the problem, so the problems were my bike had gear shifting prob and front handles bent and wheel is wobbling in front and bike s pulling towards right side all time, so they took two days to service my bike and billed me 3038, I was happy that they might have solved my problem, but after took from service after week again I visited service centre I told them you have charged 3038 but u have not solved my problem, so again. I kept my bike for 1 day and came back, again the problem was same 3rd time again I went they told wheel alignment is not proper after doing that it would fine, so clutch cable s loose if it’s tighten then the bike will be ok this was informed by so called manager who do care customer problem. so I was upset by charging the bill so much they did not even done any work proper instead they had given my bike by doing in worst condition, again I went to showroom it was on 21st October tis was 4th visit with 15 days of service and given complaint that still my bike problam is not solved, so this I told and clearly stated that gear doesn’t shift properly and handle has bent and wheels wobble and pull towards right.so they changed the handle this time so it’s good.and they told swing arm is bent should replaced which costs 1000 rs, but I can see they have not replaced that, and told gear shifting has prob, so even they had given bike and had charged me again 1677 within 20 days of service, So called Acclaim service centre will not charge customer for simply but also they give back the bike by doing in worst condition, even after charging 1677 still my problem not rectified, very disappointed.
