Hello guys this is my experience with Royal enfield brand store in Hyderabad while I have bought my bike. Well the day I got the call from showroom guys to take delivery of my Royal enfield Classic 350 I was very exited to ride my own RE, So I reached the showroom once I’m done with my paper work they delivered me the keys at that moment itself I’ve noticed there is big scratch on fuel tank I informed them, so they replaced that fuel tank and top on that after reaching my home I noticed that back tyre was shaking and also they didn’t gave me my side mirrors after many times I wondered the showroom they arranged me my mirrors and they are convincing me that tyre has no defect in starting stage it will be like and all.and the worst part is Direct RE service centres are such lazy fellows they wont solve our problems at all in free servicing period and one more thing was they didn’t even gave me a medical kit with my bike while delivery. please guys check out these problems I have faced while buying my RE ensure that u check before itself.
