I always believe that Royal Enfield bikes are shortchanged by reviewers - the main problem is that the expectations of the reviewers from the bike are often entirely different and sometimes not at all what the bike is supposed to meet in the first place. most of the reviews find it to be unreliable. Well I have THunderbird 350 for an year now. And have gone for solo ride and with my wife on different rides. Never once has it failed. it is supposed to be cruising bike and before a ride you just need to check if anything is loose. My bike gives a steady mileage of around 40-42kmpl on the highway and around 32-34 kmpl in city conditions
