ROYAL ENFIELD THUNDERBIRD 500 Owner review

I Love The Bike When I First Got It. But After A Month It Was Trash. They Sell Junk Products Which Are Really Not Worth Nearly Rs. 2 Lakhs. It Is Only A Bloody Hike Of The Brand. The Service And Quality Is Poorer Than Buying A Third Hand Bike! The Company Does Not Even Bother To Cater To The Problems Faced By A Customer Nor Do They Accept Their Product Is Faulty.

They Do Not Have Good Mechanics Or No Sense Of Solving A Problem. My Brand New Bike Thunderbird 500 2013 Model Has Been Repaired More Times In A Year Than A Third Hand Bike. The Bike Has Replaced 3 Batteries, 3 Instrument Clusters, Wiring Of The Bike Burnt And Been Replaced As It Over Heated Due To A Faulty Part, Silencers Have Been Replaced 5 Times Due To Burn Marks On The Chrome Which Should Not Happen, Again The Bike Has Burnt Down And All The Wires And Battery Is Burnt. Just In A Period Of 1 Year Such Are The Problems Faced.

When Informed To The Company They Only Replace Or Solve It Temporary And Have No Solution To The Problem. They Do Not Want To Accept Their Product Are Shitty And Dont Even Want To Learn How To Rectify Them. I Even Offered Them To Keep My Bike And Learn How To Repair A Freaking Bike And Use It Until You Dont Face Any Problems For Even A Month!.

It Generally Spends Every Month At The Service Center(If You Dont Use The Bike It Will Not Visit The Service Center). Such Is The Quality And After Sales Service With RE. The Customers Who Own A RE And Say They Are Happy Is A Blunt Lie.

Those People Like To Compromise And Are Ok To Go Through Trouble That The Bike Keeps Throwing At Them.

READY TO SPEND THE REST OF YOUR LIFE AT A SERVICE CENTER THEN GO AHEAD AND BUY A ROYAL ENFIELD WITH A SMILE:)
