I had been there a couple of years ago with my family friends. We were four families with kids and stayed there for 5 days. The rooms were quite good and the maintainence was also impressive. The only thing we didnt like was the food.
The quality & variety was not good. We made it a point to go out to the shacks near benaulim beach for our food. The food was very good there. I am really surprised to hear such bad reviews about the place, that I doubt whether it was the same place. If I have to mention one thing in particular, it was the house keeping, which was very very good. One thing which we can complain about was the cabbies in theresort.They were quite a bunch of hooligans. Other than that we didnt find anything wrong in the resort. But now reading others reports I am quite surprised
