My overall experience with Royal Immigration, Barnala was fairly average. They do provide genuine information about study visas, especially for Canada and the UK, and they seem knowledgeable about the visa process and requirements. The office staff were polite, and they explained the different options clearly when I first visited.
However, the communication could have been better at certain stages. There were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my file, and I felt that the process could have been more transparent and organized. While they do offer good support for IELTS and PTE preparation, I think they could improve by giving more personal attention to each case, especially when it comes to timelines and feedback after document submission.
That said, they did handle most of the documentation and application steps professionally, and I appreciate their effort in guiding me through the overall process. For someone who is applying for the first time, Royal Immigration can be a decent choice, but I would suggest asking detailed questions and keeping track of every step to avoid confusion.
In short, a satisfactory experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement in communication and follow-up.
