Extremly poor services. I flew this airline recently with my family and was completely aghast by their lack of customer centricity.
First the flight was delayed by a few hours. No info given and the ground staff were completely unapologetic.
Second the inflight services were also not up to the mark.
Even if you do save some money, this is not the airline you want to be traveling by when you are with family.
