Among the various airlines that I have travelled, this one is the worst in terms of customer service. I had planned a holiday in Kathmandu and booked my tickets on this airline which was offering a discount because they had launched the Bangalore Kathmandu sector just then. A few days before I was to travel, the tragic assasination of the royal family of Nepal happened and my travel agent advised me against travelling to Nepal as he felt there would be some unrest in that country. We got in touch with the airlines and asked them to cancel our tickets and refund the amount. These guys sent me the refund a month later with repeated chasing and that too after deducting Rs 1000 per ticket as cancellation charges. Call them up and explain to them that the reason for cancellation is the political unrest in that country and they are not bothered. What is irking is that this airline has a website that caters only to people in the US and they dont have a forum to lodge our greviences. The worst customer service by any means
