One of my experience which made me not to choose this airlines for future.It was a day planned to travel from Bangalore to kathmandu on 9th April 2016. My wife and my kid of 4 yrs suppose to travel to kathmandu.
During boarding pass issue my wife showed her aadhar identity and she showed the kid identity has school identity card original as well she was carrying the birth certificate photo copy. I heard from my most of the collegue for kid any identity like school identity card speaks but the management in the bangalore airport never accepted and they told that my kid of 4yrs cannot board without original birth certificate.
This really frustrated me because I am waiting outside and my kid and wife struggling inside.only 1 hrs left for travel. If I want to pick the original birth certificate then I need to travel from bangalore to chennai as I live in chennai.My question here is if some one born at home especially poor people and they don’t get the birth certificate then Wat is the case. Is that mean they can’t travel in flights with school identity card. I pleaded with management of Nepal who sits in bangalore airport but no care from them. Even I am from Nepal I have heart for others but these people made my wife and kid to struggle a lot.They are planning to occupy those seats for emergency quota to charge more. Thankfully when my wife and kid tried to come out from the boarding pass section, one of the police authority tried a last chance and blasted the management of Nepal and at the end they accepted with the school identity card.I don’t know how they accepted now as it was not when my wife showed the same identitype of school card. Can any one comment on my experience with this staff and management? Is the the school identity card of 4 yrs kid is not a valid proof? I really want to thank the police officer who made my wide and kid to flew to kathmandu but I really want to blast the f*k of management of Nepal who sits in kempegowda bangalore international airport. You the management of Nepal are heartless creature who terribly created a pain of tears in my small 4yrs kid.No one should experience this
