I bought Dining table 6 seater, Recliner sofa set from Royal oak. I bought it October 2021. Within 6 months Dining table chair leather turned and recliner sofa is not closing properly. When I contacted customer care for Dining chair they are telling its imported they don’t have material to fix... they are asking me to purchase the leather. Where will I get the same leather to purchase? For recliner sofa their person has come and put some oil and said it will gradually fix the issue.... birthing got fixed.... this is the worst experience from royal oak brand. Decided never to buy anything from Royal Oak. Their behaviour is pathetic.
