This furniture company is a very bad company with poor quality products and horrendous customer service. Your money will simply go down the drain if you opt for buying anything from this company. Just avoid it. Ignore what their salesmen say. They are simply lying. My personal experience has been extremely bad with them and I see that thousands of other customers have had similar plight.
I had bought a dining table from them. The product is of very poor quality. There are lots of holes and cracks in the product. They are simply applied putty on the product and sold it at a high price. Within 3 months of buying all the putty has started falling off. They customer care is of the attitude that once product is sold, they are least bothered. Calls will go unanswered. I have been fighting with them since 6 months now. So for, peace of mind, please heed the reviews here and completely avoid this company.
