I Purchased the cot from Royal Oak in ORR branch. And to get it installed I took 3 day leave from my office. The delivery boys called @ 1:00 pm and told he will be there in 30 mins. To my first surprise he delivered by 6:00 pm, The other day (have to take one more day off) I the installation guy came and another surprise, the cot was full of scratches. He tried to do a patch up work, but it was so damaged that the patch up work was not working for him. He assured that follow up with the office and they will replace. I started calling the manager, he told he will discuss the matter and let me know in 15 mins. I waited for 30 mins and again started calling. Another SURPRISE, they stopped picking up the phone.
I tried calling there office they told the manager will call me back in 15 mins. And again NO RESPONSE. I called the office about 10 times, every time I was getting the same information. Finally @ 5:00 I reached their office to sort the matter. The manager told the scratches are minor, hence they will replace only one part, rest of the scratches I have to live up with. WHY THE HELL should I accept such thing ? When I have paid full amount. After lot of discussion they finally agreed to pay the money back. Next day when I went to collect the cheque, they refused to pay the amount.
Royal Oak are liars, cheaters, beware of thieves. If anyone is facing similar problems, let me know, I planning to take stringent action against them.
